Sell Air bubble film machinery

Air bubble film machinery is designed by Skyautomach Plastic Equipment Co.,Ltd with technology acquired from Italy, Korea. It's used for low-density polyethylene (LDPE) air bubble film production. When the machine is working, the operations of feeding, heating, extruding, filming, forming, cooling, measuring, slitting and rolling can be carried out automatically.

There are three series of the machinery, the PES series, PED series and PEC series. The PES series are used for double-layered (single-sided) air bubble film production; the PED series are for tripled-layered (double-sided) air bubble film production while the PEC series are for production of quintuple-layered air bubble film products such as screened film, aluminium-coated film, EPE and kraft paper.

Air bubble film is also called air bubble sheet ,air cushion film, poly-cell sheet or  plastic poly-cell. It's widely used as anti-shock material for the package of electronic appliance, industrial products, craftwork and so on. It can also be used for thermal insulation or temperature keeping applications in agriculture, aquaculture, automobile decoration and so on. Moreover, if the raw material is mixed with additives in the extruder, static-free, conductive or environmental-friendly air bubble film can be made.
