1.Put on the EL safety vest, you can see two EL stripes
in the front, and the word POLICE in the back..
2.Open the top of the battery box, loading 3 AAA
batteries. Pay attention, don’t reverse the anode
and the cathode. Then cover the top.
3. Push the yellow button once for blinking lights,
