   Premium Chromium Liners(Bi metal liner,Hy-chorme liner )combine the strength of a forged steel out shell with the abrasion and corrosion resistance of a high chromium iron inner sleeve. These liners feature a centrifugally cast high chrome iron sleeve which is machined and heat treated to a minimum uniform bore hardness of 62RC. Each liner is machined to close tolerance to assure ease of installation and long liner life with the inside diameter of these premium liners honed to a mirror-like finish for smooth even wear during the life superior performance under tough corrosive and abrasive conditions. Outer Shell: 45# forged steel, tensile strength is σb ＞610MPa, yield strength is σs＞450MPa, elongation is δ＞17%, hardness is HRC180-200 Inner Sleeve: Hy-chrome forged steel (centrifugal forged). Annealing hardness is HRC≤40. Quenching hardness is HRC59-67.

Material of the piston hub is 40Cr forging steel,After rough process, hardness is HB283-302 or HB 255-285.After intensive process, the surface will be phosphorated or oiled according to customers demand. If it is not specified,it is phosphorated. Piston hub have sigle-acting abd doule acting. Outsaide dimension is according to customers requiement. Our standard size is D-0.08(-0.10-0),D is the liner nominal insiade dimension from 3”to 8”. The piston rubber is made from specially formulated compounds which are resistant to the effects of heat, oil and water. The multi-ply fabric reinforced backings used in the production of the piston rubbers provide positive, wear resistant seals.

It should be confirming to the stipulation of JB/TQ252-81, and should be checked by gradeⅢ After quenching the rough module will be rough processed, then the hull hardness is HB285-330. Material is 45# forged steel, tensile strength is larger than 450MPA, elongation is larger than 17%, hardness is HRC180-200. The bore is plated by chrome, thickness is 0.15-0.18mm, hardness is HRC 58-60.4)Hardened liners: Hardened liners offer economy in a liner that is made for normal to mildly corrosive mud conditions. These liners are hardened and heat treated under strict quality control to a minimum of 60 RC hardness and a depth of 125 inches. Each liner is honed to a mirror-like finish for smooth and even wear during the life of the liner and is machined to close tolerances to assure easy installation and long life.
