Bottled mineral water/Pure Water processing and filling Production Line

The bottled mineral water or pure water bottling and packing production line include three parts:

1. First part: Water pretreatment system:
Raw water -> raw water tank -> raw water high pressure pump->multi- medium filter (Quartz sand filter) -> active carbon filter-> sodium ion exchanger-> water pump-> hollow fiber ultra-filter or RO device ->ozone device ->pure water tank

2. Water filling system:
Bottle mould blowing machine ->air conveyor -> auto washing bottling and capping units( three -in one) ->

3. Follow-up packing system
Bottle dryer->jet printer-> auto hot shrink labeling machine -> hot shrink label tunnel-> bottles plastic shrink packing machine bottle dryer->jet printer-> auto hot shrink labeling machine -> hot shrink label tunnel-> stacker

Bottle dryer->jet printer-> auto hot shrink labeling machine -> hot shrink label tunnel-> carton packing units ->stacker

Main equipment adopts three in one structure, reduce pollution during washing, filling and capping, and the cost of sterility room be reduced greatly. It's easy to change bottle type because of its whole mouth stuck conveying.

Remark: Water production line and water treatment production line, you can use it for production of mineral water and gas water, soda water line.
