Carbonated drink processing and filling production line

The whole production includes four parts: Water pretreatment system, carbonated drink treatment system, bottling system and bottle mould blowing units and follow-up packing system.

First part: Water pretreatment system
Raw water -> raw water tank -> raw water high pressure pump->multi- medium filter (Quartz sand filter) -> active carbon filter-> sodium ion exchanger-> water pump-> precision filter -> ultraviolet sterilizer ->cold drink water tank

Remark: Supply water for beverage blender and washing-filling-capping units

Secondary part: Carbonated drink treatment system
Sugar dissolving Boiler -> syrup filter->syrup blending tank ->storage tank -> syrup cooler->beverage blender

Third part: Filling system and bottle mould blowing machine units
Bottle mould blowing machine -> bottle unscrambler-> air conveyor -> auto washing, bottling and capping units ( three -in one) ->bottle warmer->
Remark: Direct to connect with follow-up packing system

Fourth part: Follow-up packing system
Bottle dryer->jet printer-> auto labeling machine -> hot shrink label tunnel-> bottles plastic shrink packing machine bottle dryer- -> stacker
