  No bottle or wrong position, it will not work. The disk vibrate to drop the cap, and the manipulator picks the caps correctly, the caps are held by cylinder (the holding force can be regulated), there's no damage when revolving the caps. The wresting force can be adjusted when locking different caps. There's cushion setting on the head of the locking cap to further reduce the shattering rate. The complete machine has got many self-inspection: the machine will automatically stop when no bottle to lock, blocking when out of exit, wrong orientation, dumpage of the bottle.
