        XL-ZH-1200 3D panel machine adopts PLC control system, air cylinder or step motor as drive. The machine can insert, cut, and control the position of the wire mesh and the foamed plastic boards automatically to complete the production of the 3D panel. This production line is of high automatic manufacturing level, productive efficiency, and low lack welding rate, strong welding pressure and even welding strength. The finished products (3D panels) are in good quality and cost low.

        Our wire mesh welding machine adopts PLC automatic controlling system. It has the automatic cutting system, when the wire mesh achieves the required length, the cutter will cut the wire mesh automatically according to the PLC program. It has manual operation and automatic operation. The whole production can produce the wire mesh automatically. If you need adjust and maintain the equipment, it is best to use manual operation. This machine is much more accurate and can produce flat wire mesh.

        The structure of our EPS continuous pre-expander is more reasonable under the elaborate design, it is completed automatically from feeding, selecting, breaking, transporting to aging silo.  The structure selection of only one or two stages make more convenient and you can select different feeding ways at random to gain the ideal foaming density.  Carefully-selected parts and reasonable machine structure make the machine run reliable, efficient and lower maintenance.  The inner and outer part of barrel adopts stainless steel. The interlayer adopts insulation measure.         Our XL-ZC-1400-1700 EPS Vacuum Full-automatic Shape Molding Machine features: Electric system: the electric system adopts the most advanced PLC, touch screen, electromagnetic valve, encoder to ensure the reliable operation of the machinery. All of the parts and fittings, such as the vacuum pump, the hydraulic pressure system, the valve body are customized and manufactured by prestigious manufacturer's domestic and abroad, in order to accelerate the efficiency and reduce the failure rate of the machinery.

        The main body of our EPS block cutting machine is welded and fitted together by thick wall deformed square tube. With proper structure, the cutting machine can be dismantled and assembled freely. It has realized the three-dimensional cutting: horizontal, vertical and ends cutting. The ends cutting wire is fixed with cutting vehicle individually and works together with horizontal and vertical cutting. The mechanically-controlled clutch is adopted and which enables a quick return of cutting frame. The power is supplied by the large-capacity and multiple contacts transformer. Fifty Electrically Heated Wires can be used at the same time. As a result, the machine can be adjusted in a more extensive scope and the heat can be easilyregulated.

        Our XL-PSB EPS block molding machine (common fixed size) features: can lower the one-time investment at large, so the EPS board manufacturer can reduce capital pressure and shorten the recovery period of equipments. We can supply Block Molding Machine which produces EPS products from 5kg/m3 to 35kg/m3 according to the size and demand of the enterprise. The output is about 2T to 5T per hour according to different density and EPS materials.

        Our XL-PSB-6000-8000 model EPS Block Molding Machine (height-adjustable) features:  The machine can produce any size foam board (from 950 to 1250mm) with the lifting system of the lower template to meet the different height requirements of the customers.   After the vibration aging treatment, the machine runs much safely. The quality of the finished products is more reliable with the delicate design of double gas cells.   The electrical system adopts PLC and touch screen system for automatic control.  With the cooperative usage of digital electronic weigher, lift encoder and computer, adjust the product quality automatically (additional order is necessary for this machine).
