3D panel production line
This production line is used to produce 3D panels which are used in the construction and houses.

        XL-PSD-1200-1400 series full automatic ration pre-expander Features: All of the valves are made of stainless steel to ensure the reliability of long time operation. The electric parts and fittings are of best choices of the most famous brands from domestic and abroad, to ensure simple operation and reduction of maintenance. With more reasonable structure finely designed, and equipped with deliberately coded program, the machine runs more efficiently with a larger productive output. Combined with high performance drying bed and automatic material fetching system designed by our own company, the operation is much more simplified. All you need to do is to input the required weight by gram, then the machine will be self-adjusted automatically and produce desirable foaming density.

        Our XL-ZH-1200 model 3D panel machine features: This 3D panel machine is the main machine of the 3D panel production line, which adopts PLC touch screen control system, air cylinder or step motor as drive. The machine can insert, cut, and control the position of the wire mesh and the foamed plastic boards automatically to complete the production of the 3D panel. This production line is of high automatic manufacturing level, productive efficiency, and low lack welding rate, strong welding pressure and even welding strength. The finished products (3D panels) are in good quality and cost low.

        Foamed polystyrene insulating layer with the thickness of 100m/m in the center, steel wire truss coated with zinc of 3m/m (3.8mm) between the insulating layer is pinned at 2`` intervals, at both sides of which forms up at 5Cm X 5Cm intervals with the wire mesh coated with zinc of 3m/m that is at fine-spun 50m intervals. So the whole points of contact in all steel wires are joined in a spot welding, which is a panel of 2.4m(4m, 6m) full length, 1.22m width, 50~150mm thickness.

        Our wire mesh welding machine adopts PLC automatic controlling system. It has the automatic cutting system, when the wire mesh achieves the required length, the cutter will cut the wire mesh automatically according to the PLC program. It has manual operation and automatic operation. The whole production can produce the wire mesh automatically. If you need adjust and maintain the equipment, it is best to use manual operation. This machine is much more accurate and can produce flat wire mesh.

        We have two types of this 3D panel machine: XL-ZH-1200A, XL-ZH-1200B two types, both are controlled by PLC controlling system, we supply OEM and ODM service, so we can fit you suitable machines  according to your demands and design the layout for customers.
