PVC Laminated series gypsum boards are made by composite binding of high quality polyethylene film with plasterboard; This kind has many different kinds of designs. Both sides laminated with PVC, and four edges consealed with plastic paper, make it is six-water-proofing. Ceiling Tile which is the cleanable surface, will offer an elegant and beautiful appearance if it is co-uitlized with the baking varnish metal.

Performance:

1. Environment protection product: Adopting natural gypsum material free of any harmful material.

2. Fire proof (B1 level): Gypsum is nonflammable and non combustion-supporting. Before the crystal water release completely, the temperature of the plate is below 100 degree, effectively preventing the fire spreading.

3. Heat retaining power: Thermal conductivity of the gypsum is 0.16w/mk, only 9.5% of the plain concrete, 38.5% of air core clay.

4. Sound insulating: Adopt different thickness, layer numbers, keel, and size and laying mode of the plates and the cavity's thickness, having or not sound absorption material to effectively solve sound insulation and fire proof.

5. Not deforming, not cracking: No cracking, no insect eroding, no deforming, no mould, keeping integrity and sound insulation for long under normal changes of temperature.

6. Small expansion: Little coefficient of expansion, deforming under normal temperature.

7. Light weight, convenient to transport.

8. Special breathing performance, comfortable to live in.
