Yeast propagation equipment is made of excellent stainless steel with high quality of pipeline and vales. It is used for yeast propagation and keeping activity. This equipment ensures yeast purity and large propagation with PLC control system. It can meet different demand of brewery plants. We have many varieties of equipment such as two grade yeast propagation equpment and three grade yeast propagation equipment to satisfy different demands from the customers. The equipment can be designed according to the customer’ wishes.
The grade yeast propagation tank can be heated and cooled and can also be uesed as yeast culture storage vessels with unique heating and cooling structure, high efficiency of heat exchange. Cooling form: indirect cooling with coolant glycol in cylinder cooling jacket bottom interlayer. Heating form: indirect heating with stream in taper cooling jacket inter layer.
Touch screen is adopted ad the operation and monitor interface for the system. All setting of auto control parameters and the monitor for the operation states of the whole system can be realized on the touch screen. The temperature, pressure and condition of oxygen feeding and mash tret yeast growing of yeast machine can be controlled automatically. The parameters such as yeast growing temperature, pressure, condition of oxygen feeding and mash tret can be reset according to the manual mode and the manual mode can be switched over to the auto control mode at any time required by operator.
