FLEXIBLE AIR DUCTS

    COMBIAFS RECTANGULAR aluminium & PVC combined rectangular flexible air ducts are specifically produced for discharging welding fumes and dense chemical gases where high mechanical resistance is required. COMBIAFS RECTANGULAR is also recommended for heating, cooling and air conditioning systems. They provide maximum cross sectional area at the minimum installation space. Airtight COMBIAFS RECTANGULAR is produced from multi-layer aluminium & polyester strengthened with high tension steel spring wire, covered with a PVC jacket. An important aspect of COMBIAFS RECTANGULAR is its non-condensing property. Condensation occurs on the outer surface of a duct if the outer surface is colder than the wet bulb temperature of the air surrounding it. Insulation of the duct prevents this. A PVC layer on the outer surface of COMBIAFS RECTANGULAR acts as an insulation material. In cases of slight temperature difference between the air passing through the duct and the air surrounding it COMBIAFS RECTANGULAR is recommended. However, in high temperature variation please refer to the insulated flexible air duct series.   ·        COMBIAFS RECTANGULAR is elastic and flexible.    ISOAFS-PVC thermally insulated reinforced PVC flexible air ducts are specifically produced for low and medium pressure heating, cooling, ventilation, exhaust and air conditioning systems. ISOAFS-PVC is highly resilient and can be used in applications with excessive vibration and/or perpetual motion systems. Airtight ISOAFS-PVC is extremely durable, strengthened with high tension steel spring wire, surrounded with thick glass wool insulation and a PE vapour barrier. ISOAFS-PVC is elastic and flexible. It can be easily fitted to circular, oval or rectangular connectors.

    ISOAFS-POLY thermally insulated polyester flexible air ducts are specifically produced for low and medium pressure heating, cooling, ventilation, exhaust and air conditioning systems. Airtight ISOAFS-POLY is produced from multi-layer polyester, strengthened with high tension steel spring wire, surrounded with glass wool insulation and reinforced metallized polyester vapour barrier. ISOAFS-POLY is highly elastic and flexible. It can be easily fitted to circular or oval connectors.

   SEMIAFS aluminium semi flexible air ducts are flexible, extendable and highly reliable for low and medium pressure air conditioning, ventilation, boiler systems and chimney liners. SEMIAFS is elastic, flexible and stretchable. Oval and circular connectors are easily installed. SEMIAFS is secured using an “INTERLOCK” crimp system. “INTERLOCK” crimp systems minimize separation of the duct when it is stretched or bent.

   SEMIAFS-INOX stainless steel semi flexible ducts are flexible and highly reliable for fume and smoke extraction. Mainly used as chimney liners for discharging high temperature gases and smoke. SILENCERAFS is produced from multi-layer aluminium and polyester (perforated), strengthened with high tension hard steel spring wire, surrounded with glass wool insulation. The insulation material is surrounded with either a plain aluminium vapour barrier or a multi-layer aluminium and polyester, high tension hard steel spring wire reinforced jacket.
