LED bulb production assembly line

This full automatic LED bulb assembly line is applied for various kinds of LED lights. It is special for mass production of LED strip and LED tube. Instead of vision localization, we use mechanical structure localization, which can reduce the cost and increase the stability. Modularization, can be used individually, or can compose the automatic production line on line. All lines can be automatic, lamp body assembling (power+ light source + shell ), lamp cap assembling (assemble lamp cap, arrange filament, rivet pressuring, drive the rivets, lampshade),  automatic manipulator release feeding and blanking of aging line, automatic packaging unit (Packing in cartons with card, paper plastic package) 

Machine is equipped with a touch screen; all the related parameter can be programmed there. With a conveyor, this production line can transfer the led bulb during production. It is of high automation and efficiency and easy to operate.
