○ RGHY Linear Grease Filling Machine is one of our latest and innovative products on the basis of our Filling Machine Series designing for grease filling. It is More convenient on operating, precision error, equipping and adjusting, cleaning and Maintenance.
○ The machine is widely applied to grease materials (such as high viscous materials like grease) manufacture and separate-installation , it can continuously run and fill automatically with compact、 simple and beautiful structure and adjustable filling volume.
○ It has six synchronized grease filling nozzles; the grease can be equably filled into container.
○ Pneumatic machine elements are from FESTO(Germany), AirTac(Taiwan) and electronic-controlled machine parts make the whole machine more stable.
○ The part contacting to material is made out of 316L stainless steel.
○ Korean photoelectrical sensor, LG Korea PLC, French electrical components is adopted
○ Simple adjustment, no bottles, no filling, precise filling volume, with counting function
