Custom polyester lanyards are the most popular style of custom lanyard we produce, hands down. Starting with a high-quality polyester material, we custom dye the strap to your specific color choice, then send the custom colored material to the printing stage.

Your text and logos are printed on the surface of the strap utilizing a state-of-the-art screen printing process, which produces a vivid and highly wear-resistant imprint. The custom screen printed images are very detailed, with bright colors and crisp edges on the polyester lanyards, allowing your text and logos to really stand out when worn.

Our standard pricing includes a one print color on the front side of a one color strap, but can easily be upgraded to multiple print colors, a multi-tone strap or printing on both sides for a truly customized look. Silk screened polyester lanyards are amazingly durable, while still maintaining the look of a high-dollar item at a very economical price.

Woven polyester lanyards provide a great way to make your custom lanyards stand out from the crowd! Using classic needle-and-thread embroidery, your information is sewn directly into the strap, creating a unique textured look and feel.

Our custom woven lanyards are created by custom-dying a flat strap of polyester material with a very high tensile strength, and sewing your design into the lanyard with a custom thread color of your choosing, allowing the ultimate level of creativity. While the limitations of thread compared to a screened print prevents a high level of logo detail, our production team will make any recommendations and provide all assistance needed to make sure your embroidered lanyards turn heads wherever they are worn!
