TECHNICAL GUIDELINES RTV 2 molding silicone rubber for resin toys:

1. Added with 1% of curing agent, RTV 2 molding silicone rubber can still flow within 2.5 hours, mold can be released in 6-8 hours.
2. Added with 2% of curing agent, RTV 2 molding silicone rubber can still flow within 50 minutes to 1 hour, mold can be released in 23 hours.
3. Added with 3% of curing agent, RTV 2 molding silicone rubber can still flow within 28-30 minutes, mold can be released in 1.52 hours.
4. Added with 4% of curing agent, RTV 2 molding silicone rubber can still flow within 10-15 minutes, mold can be released in 11.5 hours.
