RTV silicon rubber for mold making is white or red flowing liquid with general hardness of 22-50A°after curing. Molding silicon rubber is a kind elastic silicon rubber mold which features with resistance to deformation, high-temperature, acid-alkali and expansion as well as high reproduction times, good tensile strength ,tear strength and elongation.

How to keep silicone molds from deformation?

  The used silicone mold should be properly stored to keep it non-deformed. If you want to re-use the used silicone mold in the future, you’d better cast the silicone mold with liquid gypsum till it cures. Store the silicone mold and the gypsum under proper condition without de-molding. Anytime you want to use it, please de-mold the silicone mold and gypsum. The silicone molds can be kept non-shrinkage with this storage method.
