Application of  silicone

2.   silicone  is applicable for  mold making for large statue Buddha, relievo furniture, furniture decorative materials, statues Buddha, artifacts copied, building decoration materials, large-scale cement mold in large size by pouring way

3.    silicone  is intend for mold making for artificial fossils Factory, Europe component factory, simulation landscapes, animals and plants sculpture, sandstone crafts in large size by pouring way

Advantage  of   silicone 

Silicone  as useful as latex, but sets a lot more quickly. moulding Silicone rubber can take days to build enough layers of latex to create a mold, but moulding  Silicone rubber can be mixed, poured and set within a matter of hours, even minutes depending on what kind of silicone you use. Silicone is generally a lot stronger than latex and will produce more castings on average.

 operation instructions for silicone 

Step One:Take 100g of part A and add 2g of part B and mix the silicone rubber and curing agent evenly.

Step Two:vacuum pumping

Without exception, this step takes less than 10 minutes.

Note: The time for vacuum-pumping should be less than 3—5 minutes ,otherwise, once the silicone rubber has cross-link reaction during vacuum pumping process, it will not be operated.

Step Three: Pouring the mixture into the frame with original gypsum mold slowly . 

Attention  for   silicone :

Usually , we do not suggest customer to add silicone oil to the silicone to adjust the shore A. If necessary, we would suggest to add as 5% silicone oil.

SHELF LIFE of silicone   :

Twelve (12) months from date of shipment when stored at 25⁰C in the original  sealed packages.
