RTV-2 Mold Making Silicone Rubber is a flexible, very high tear strength silicone rubber, used for complex moulds with extensive undercuts. Suitable to cast a vide variety of materials. Typical applications include arts restoration, general handy crafts, lost wax casting process, plaster forms, seals, stage decorations, statuettes and many more.

Operation instruction of RTV-2 Mold Making Silicone Rubber : 
RTV-2 Mold Making Silicone Rubber  is composed of two components. Component A is white flowing liquid while component B is the curing agent.

Steps:

A. Take silicone rubber of 100g and add 2% curing agent for mixing evenly.

B. After the silicone rubber and the curing agent are completely mixed, put the silicon into a vacuum machine for deairing to remove the bubbles.

C. After deaired, pouring the liquid silicone rubber into the product to be duplicated or into the mold frame.
