HY-638# condensation silicon rubber is mainly used for toy gifts and craftwork gifts with the advantages of good tensile strength, high tear strength, high temperature resistance, high duplication times and repeated use, etc. It is suitable for small products or fine and precision products which is difficult to demould. This silicone rubber is one of the products with the highest use level in the production of craftwork gifts and the shrinkage is up to 2.

Condensation silicone rubber are generally called two-component room temperature vulcanization silicone rubber with excellent fluidity and good operational performance. Add curing agent of 2%-3% at the room temperature, the silicone rubber is still operational within 30 minutes,and in 2-3 hours, an elastic silicon mold will be obtained with resistance to deformation, high-temperature, acid and alkali and expansion. The silicone rubber is mainly applicable to mold duplication of poly crafts, resin craftworks, lightings, candles, etc. and fabrication of precision molds.

Operation of condensation silicone rubber for garden statues

1. Stir part A and part B with right mixing ratio (100:5) evenly. And get the mixture for vacuum-pumping. (If there is no vacuum machine, just mix less catalyst)

2. Clean your products and brush a layer of release agent (detergent or soap water) on your product.

3. Pour the mixture with correct mixing ratio into the model frame.

After about 3-5 hours, when the silicone get cured, take out the original mold, and there is th finished silicone mould.

Storage of condensation silicone rubber for garden statues

Condensation silicone rubber is an environmentally-friendly liquid silicone product, is not easy to burn and can be stored and transported as non-hazardous goods. The shelf life of the product is about 9 months from the date of production. Inspection is required when exceeding the time limited. It can continue to be used in case of neither thickening nor deterioration.
