1.Description of Addition Cure Silicone

Addition Cure Silicone for mold making is generally named two-components silicone rubber, Part A is a flowable liquid, part B is the curing agent. It features an exceptional fluidity and good operability. The mixing ratio is 1:1,mainly be suitable for making FDA molds application.

2.Applications of Addition Cure Silicone

Addition Cure Silicone for mold making could be mainly used for making concrete stones, precision molds, PU molds, for life casting, fabric finishing, seal for electronic components and solar circuit board, trademark decoration. etc.

3. correct weigh accoring to mixng ratio

4. stir the two component evenly

5. vacuum-pumping

6. pouring

(Note: Our company does not recommend you to add silicone oil. If a special soft silicone mold or fine detailed and complex patterns products are required, 5%-10% silicone oil can be added to soften the mold for easy demold. ) 

4.Storage of  Addition Cure Silicone 

 Store the original object in the mould by placing the two in a cool, dry location. This will help the mould to retain the original objects shape and help to prevent distortion.
