If customers want to make large products and large size moulds, the mould should be made of sculpture molding rubber with high hardness. On the contrary, if the mould with fine and precision patterns, it should be made of sculpture molding rubber with low hardness. The amount of the curing agent depends on the actual requirements of the customer. If mould requiring fast drying and demould, more curing is needed.

A. when the hardness of Liquid RTV silicone rubber for sculpture is lower than 15 Shore A, the tension, the tear strength, the aging resistance, acid and alkali-resistance of Liquid RTV silicone rubber for sculpture will reduce respectively.

B. when the hardness of Liquid RTV silicone rubber for sculpture is higher than 50 Shore A, the tension and the tear strength of Liquid RTV silicone rubber for sculpture will reduce, and the solidified silicone mold will be easily brpken.
