RTV Silicone rubber for gypsum product mould making is flowing liquid with general hardness of 25-30A after curing.And the color can be adjusted by customer's requirements. Mould making silicone rubber is a kind elastic silicone rubber mould which features with resistance to deformation , high temperature, acid-alkali and expansion as well as high reproduction times, good tensile strength, tear strength and enlongtion.

RTV Silicone rubber for gypsum product operations
If the customer wants to make large Gypsum product and large size moulds, the mould should be made of silicone rubber with high hardness. On the contrary, if the mod with fine and precision patterns , it should be made of silicone rubber with low hardness .The amount of the curing agent depends on the actual requirements of the customer. If moulds requiring fast drying and de mould, more curing agent is needed, contrarily, if moulds requiring slower drying and de mould, less curing agent is needed.
