Notes:

Viscosity testing:Put A & B under room temperature for 1h respectively., and then mix them with mixing ratio of 1:1 completely. Test the viscosity immediately. (for the fast cured type, delay action activator is required)

Pot life testing: Mix A and B - 10:1 evenly under room temperature, record the time when the mixture gets cross linking reaction.

Initial curing time testing: mixing A and B component evenly by the ratio of 10:1, and pouring the mixture into the aluminum mold, then de-airing by vacuum machine, and put it into the oven under temperature of 100 °C for 20 mins to see if it's cured; if not, put it into the oven for another 30 minutes till cured totally.

Performance of food grade silicone rubber:

Our E series rtv-2 addition cure mold making silicone is with the all the advantage of rtv-2 condensation cure silicone rubber, but is also featured with lower shrinkage and low viscosity, good fluidity; Without releasing any by-product with low molecular weight, and it's cured from top to bottom, from the inside and outside simultaneously, so it will be deeply-cured. The E sereise addition cure silicone will not meet the problem of degradation or sticky molds because of the existence of by-product of small molecules under certain conditions, (such as closed, high temperature).it's very suitable for all kinds of mold with a variety of sizes, shapes and large sized plaster, cement,ect molds making.

Main applications food grade liquid silicone rubber :

This product can be used in not only the field of common RTV-2 moldmaking silicone. As the vulcanizing reactions of addition cure silicone is fundamentally different from tin cure silicone’s, it has no problem of deep vulcanize or reverse reaction, ect problem. Therefore, our addition cure silicone is particularly applicable for large stones, plaster and cement product replication. It features with lower viscosity, high strength , good fluidity, can also be very suitable for precision complex pattern of the original copy.

Packaging, storaging and transportation of food grade liquid silicone rubber
1. This product need to be packed in clean, dry and sealed steel cans or drums. Part A and B need to be packed seperately. Usually it is packed in 5kg/can, 20 kg/drum, or 200 kg/drum .

2. Please keep the material in a cool and dry place. Specially note that the silicone should not touch or mix with compounds including nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur, tin, lead or metal organic acid. Otherwise, the catalyst will be poisoned, then the silicone can not be cured or just particially cured. For specific precautions, please refer to the instructions in Electronic Potting Silicone part.

3. The goods is NOT subject to IMDG.The shelflife is 18 months from the date of production.And it still can be used after expired, when retest to be qualified.
