RTV Silicone rubber for construction is kind of mold making silicone rubber. It’s generally named two-components silicone rubber which will be cured under room temperature, Part A is a flowable liquid, part B is the curing agent. It features an exceptional fluidity and good operability.

Two kinds of silicone rubber can be used for construction, one is condensation cure silicone rubber with mixing ratio 100:3, another is addition cure silicone rubber with mixing ratio 1:1.

Using instructions of RTV Silicone Rubber for Construction

Step 1: prepare the original molds

Step 2: Take 100 parts A and add 3 parts B and mix the silicone rubber and curing agent evenly.

Step 3: Vacuum pumping

Step 4: Pouring cast or brushing cast

Shelf life and transportation of RTV Silicone Rubber for Construction

1. Twelve(12) months when stored at 25C in tightly closed original packages.
