Typical Application

HY 160 is mainly used for general sealing for power supplies, connectors, sensors, industrial controls, transformers, amplifiers, high voltage resistors, relays and so on , It is provide as Two part seperated packing, mix part A and part B at the mix ration of 1:1 by weight.

TECHNICAL GUIDELINES

1, Pls put part A and part B in separate container and stir evenly before mixing the two part together.

2, Weight Ratio: part A: part B = 1:1

3, Deaeration the mixture under 0.08 MPa for 5 minutes.

4, The temperature influences the curing time of HY160. When in too low temperature, the operation time will be longer, Under the room temperature , curing time will be 10-12hours.

Warm Tips:

1.The following material may hinder the curing of the product,:

Condensation silicone which not completely cured or organic tin compounds

l Sulphur, sulfide and sulfur rubber materials.

l Amine compounds as well as contains the amine materials.

l Pewters solder flux.

2. Silicone belongs to non-dangerous goods, but keep away from mouth and eyes.

3. When it gets stratified after a period of storage, Please mix 160 evenly before using, it does not affect the performance.

20kg or 200kgs per drum . the same package of the part A and B .

SHELF LIFE AND TRANSPORTATION

1. Eighteen (18) months from date of shipment when stored at 25C in original unopened packages.
