encapsulating silicone rubber is a code of addition cure silicone rubber, which is similar to KCC potting silicone rubber. It has a low viscosity and mixing ratio 1:1, easy in operation and pourable. The electronic potting compound silicone rubber is suitable for bonded seal of electronic components, power module and control module, which requires waterproof and anti-vibration.

Applications of encapsulating silicone rubber
encapsulating silicone rubber could be applied to high powered electronics, DC/DC module and circuit board which requires heat dissipation and high temperature resistance.It can be broadly used for LED screen, Wind Power Generator, PCB substrate, etc.

Operation of encapsulating silicone rubber
1.    Put part A and part B in separate container with equal dosage and stir evenly when mixing the two parts together.
2.    Put the mixture into the vacuum machine under 0.08 MPa for 5 minutes.
3.    The temperature influences the curing time of electronic potting silicone rubber. When in too low temperature, we suggest customers appropriately heat the mixture to accelerate vulcanization.

Storage of encapsulating silicone rubber
Electronic potting silicone rubber is an environmentally-friendly liquid silicone product, is not easy to burn and can be stored and transported as non-hazardous goods. The shelf life of the product is about 12 months from the date of production. Inspection is required when exceeding the time limited. It can continue to be used in case of neither thickening nor deterioration.
