Dynamic Differential Pressure Control Valve (SDP)
The application and working principle:
Dynamic differential pressure balancing valve is an automatic constant differential pressure balance
valve. It is used in the constant air-conditioning or heating system in the control valve, terminal
equipment or pipe network between the water supply pressure,to avoid changes in pipe network
pressure on its dynamic interference, to achieve dynamic water balance.
Its working principle is that when the system pipe network pressure increases, the dynamic differential
pressure balance valve on its own high and low pressure chamber pressure change, acting on the
diaphragm on either side of the force balance again, while driving the valve stem movement to reduce
valve opening, Absorption of increased pressure on the capital to ensure that the pressure side by the
constant control.

Characteristics:
1. Pressure hole of low pressure cavity is built-in, reduce an external connecting pipe, which avoids
damage during installation.
2. Target differential pressure value can be set by hand wheel, it is more convenient. Every number on
the hand wheel is corresponding to one set value. Pre-setting function can be realized easily on site
3. Balancing diaphragm and spring are built-in, it is nice and reliable.
4. External high pressure testing plug, there is locking function, one allen wrench can lock external
connecting pipe.

Installation:
1. After arrival shouldbe properly kept, to avoid the rain, stored in a dry place;
2. Installed in thedirection indicated by the arrows of the valve body;
3. Can be installed both of vertically and horizontally on thepipeline;
4. Flow Setting Method:With special spanner, open the protectionscrew, rotary valve, make the dial to
set the flow of the corresponding value.
5. DPCV does not have theshut off function, according to need, should be set off valve.
6. Constant CurrentAccuracy 5-8%。
