China IQF Tunnel Freezer FST100 type for Food Industry processing quick freeze all kinds of product

China IQF Tunnel Freezer Main Structure:

(1) Stainless steel conveyor belt;
(2) Sandwich PU panels 150 mm thick, laminated by stainless steel sheet both sides; floor panels are equipped;
(3) Doors are equipped with frame heating device;
(4) Aluminum evaporators, different fin pitches;
(5) Axial fans: stainless steel air box, aluminum blades;
(6) Full welded stainless steel water discharging plate is installed on top of floor panels. It will bring defrosting water out of cabinet through stainless steel draining pipes;
(7) The inlet device, outlet device and all structure parts are made of stainless steel;
(8) Control panel is made of stainless steel;
(9) Schneider or Siemens electric components;

refrigerant :R404A/R507A

inter/out temperature: +15/-18℃

inside room temperature:-38±3℃

freeze time :10-50min (adjust)

the spiral freezer body size: 7.5*1.5*2.1m

the materials use full stainless steel structure SUS304

the evaporator use large anti-rust aluminum finned tube group, the rest of the 304 stainless steel

the Electric Control Cabinet use Schneider Electric elements 

the panels use double face stainless steel and  Self-extinguishing Flame Retardant Polyurethane 150 mm Thickness

the conveyor belt we could use 1000 mm  ,according to clients choice.
