The CeBIT 2008 will be held March 4-9, 2008 at the Hannover Exhibition Center in Hannover, Germany. The fair is one of the major trade shows in the world for digital IT and telecommunications solutions. The 2008 fair will be divided into three fields, namely Business Solutions, Public Sector Solutions and Home & Mobile Solutions, to make it more convenient for visitors to find everything of interest to them in an efficient way.
The Business Solutions will focus on the optimization of business processes and ICT solutions for all users from industry, the skilled trades and the service industries. The Public Sector Solutions will cover topics such as eGovernment solutions (municipal, regional, federal and pan-EU), new eHealth applications, geo-information management, education and training. The display category Home & Mobile Solutions will showcase a broad range of ICT products and solutions for everyday application in the home and work environment.
Meanwhile, fair organizer Deutsche Messe AG will hold a number of forums and events during the show. Visitors can attend these events and get up-to-date market information and product knowledge.
The previous 2007 fair featured 6,153 exhibitors from 79 countries, attracting 480,000 visitors from Germany and abroad.
