Taipei trade show displays a full range of sporting goods and products
Reaching its 34th edition, the 2008 show will continue to provide a full range of sporting goods for buyers' selections. Fair organizer Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) expects to draw over 300 exhibitors and showcase over 1,600 booths.
Special onsite activities like seminars, speeches and procurement meetings will be offered during the show to help buyers visit the show in an efficient way. Moreover, TAITRA will also arrange city tours and factory visits to help buyers get more familiar with the background and capacity of the show's suppliers.
The TaiSPO 2008 will be held concurrently with Taipei Cycle 2008, a leading trade show for bicycles and bicycle parts and accessories which is held in Taipei World Trade Center Nangang Exhibition Hall (www.twtcnangang.com.tw). The similar product nature of these two shows offers buyer a one-stop sourcing platform for all range of sporting goods. There will be free shuttle buses to take visitors to and from the two venues.
The show in 2007 featured 304 companies and 1,560 booths, attracting 2,013 international buyers to visit the four-day event.
Global Sources will be at the TaiSPO 2008 with its own booth to promote the company's complete sourcing solution consisting of print, online and face-to-face channels for buyers and suppliers.

Admission
Those who have pre-registered online before February 28, 2007 can present their confirmation e-mail printout with their enrollment number at the Pre-registered Visitors Counter at the TaiSPO showground to receive a free admission badge and complimentary copy of the Official Directory.
Buyers who did not pre-register in advance can register on-site during show hours.

About the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA)
The TAITRA is a non-profit trade promotion organization in Taiwan, founded in 1970 to help promote foreign trade. Jointly sponsored by the government as well as industrials and commercial associations, it assists Taiwanese business people and manufacturers to reinforce their international competitiveness and to cope with the challenges they face in the foreign markets. TAITRA also undertakes many initiatives to help foreign businesses establish a wider presence in Taiwan.
Currently, TAITRA is the largest exhibition organizer in Taiwan. It is also the administrator of Taipei World Trade Center, Taipei International Convention Center, and the TWTC Nangang Exhibition Hall.
