description
The Fully Automatic Vertical Cutting Machine is used for cutting blocks and slabs into sponges and very small rectangular cuts. By means of a mobile side fences the requested layers of the materials are moved on the stationary table. The machine can be operated fully automatically and allows for both single and double cutting. After the first cutting procedure the cut layers are lying on the turning plate of the inside table side. In automatic operation the table now turns by 90 and the material is pushed onto the right table side by means of the left fence. Now the second cutting procedure starts by pressing a key.

All the chemicals are first metered separately and then put together in the mixing tank of the machine. Then after setting the RPM and mixing time period, the chemicals are automatically poured in the mould of predefined size. Then mould is removed and the machine is washed thoroughly to make it ready for the next batch. With the help of two moulds, it is possible to make 10-12 blocks per hour depending upon the density.
The machine comes with complete know-how to produce different densities and grades of the product.

Description:
ReboTec - recycling of trimmings
"ReboTec is a process, in which slab stock waste and trimmings are comminuted into flakes, then compressed into PU-bonded rectangular or cylindrical blocks that are subsequently cut to size. "
foam grinding:
" Grinding is a recycling process, in which foam trimmings are converted into loose flakes(by our HHRG-22/11).These are then ground into a powder through shear action in a roller mill. Larger particles are filtered and then fed to the mill until all particles fall into the specified < 0.2 mm fines fraction. The regrind powder can then be put in intermediate storage containers (silos).
The performance data of a crushing system for large-scale industrial use shown on the left are impressive: upto300 kg flakes are ground into powder of lessthan0.2 mm grain size every hour. The on-line metering unit feeds up to 70 kg of powder per minute into the polyol stream. With a second metering unit running in parallel, up to 140 kg of powder per minute can be processed.

rebonding process
"The trimmings are shredded into flakes before being wetted with a polyurethane adhesive, then blended in a mixer and discharged into a mould. Since the loose flakes have a significantly lower bulk density than the finished block, the flakes are compressed inside the mould. Rebounded foam is subsequently formed by adding hot steam and pressure. "

Broad density range
"The density of the finished blocks ranges between about 80 and 120 kg/m3. Block densities of up to 500 kg/m3 are feasible with a suitable flake preselection and special equipment"
