Magnetic Grid

General Description of Magnetic grate/grid:

　 Magnetic Grates/Grids are used in bins, chutes, drawers and hoppers. They are designed to remove ferrous metal and tramp iron from free-flowing materials such as plastics, foods, cosmetics, grains and minerals.

　　Standard magnetic grates feature 25mm. (1 inch) diameter round bars filled with either high grade Ceramic or Rare Earth Magnets, arrayed on 50mm. centers and welded into grid configurations. Both round and square shapes are available.

　　Two types of magnetic grate can be chosen from, one is N style And the other is E style.

The other characters like Maximum Operation Temperature and Magnetic strength are the same as the magnetic bars.

E Style Easy-cleaning magnetic grate
  　Easy Clean grate magnets can be cleaned in seconds. Simply enable the release mechanism, pull the magnetic cores out of the stainless steel tube assembly and the attracted contamination simply falls away. Replace the magnetic cores back into the tube assembly and the grate is in prime magnetic condition once again, the above can be carried out in a minute.
　　Magnetic Strength: 7,000GS (0.7T) and 5,000GS (0.5T)
