Gear Pump Filling & Capping & Labeling Production Line

    Six heads servo filling capping and labeling production line generates six heads servo gear pump filling, linear capping and double side labeling, which complete filling process of detergent. The linkage line is auto counting filling capping and labeling production line for detergent material, with the function of auto feeding bottle, counting, filling, capping, and labeling. The parts that touch material are all stainless steel. The whole production line is controlled by PLC, servo motor counting, and with the advantage of high accuracy, fast speed, and precise labeling and so on. It is suitable for water products and some special requirement products’ filling capping and labeling.

The whole machine has 6 testing point, and the working state could display on touch screen, achieving intelligentize run.
