Product Desciption:

The RGRHP3 multistage emulsification pump is the homogeneous emulsification equipment in on-line continuous production, which is developed on the basis of RGRHP1,inside which the chamber is assembled with three-stage stators and rotors totaling 12 layers. Through stator and rotor, the material will be dispersed, refined and emulsified by stages and the production efficiency is improved. The pump is an homogeneous one of high efficiency and superfine, which combines the operation of mixing, dispersing, crushing, dissolving,
refining, depolymerizing, as well as homogeneous and emulsification as a whole. The pump simplifies the traditional manufacturing technique further and improves the production efficiency and product quality by big percentages, which is a perfect product to replace the sand mill, ball crusher and colloid mill. Sealing arrangement of the product is chosen according to the characteristics of different materials and the mechanical seal of either double end faces or single end face will be adopted. In light of the customer’s requirement, a heat conduction insulating block can be collocated. The product is applied to large or medium batched on-line continuous production and the manufacturing technique of circular process.
