Precision filling pump is metering pump with high precision for liquid. It can be used for filling many kinds of liquid or ointment products. Owing to the Modular designation, easy dismantling and assembling, shall greatly reduce the maintenance costs.
It is forward plunger type,with two standard structures,one-way valve and rotary valve. The one-way valve pump is suitable for moderate and low viscosity liquids, viscosity range from 1 CPS to 10,000CPS;The rotary valve pump is for liquids with high viscosity or solid granules,viscosity range from 100 CPS to 50,000CPS.
The pump ,which with the unique and compact design and excellent performance, can achieve various filling functions. Capacity micrometer regulator has a very high filling accuracy and repeatability of reliability.

Stainless steel structure of the head frame which effectively reduce the bubble mixed.Even the small volume filling,anti-bubble process also stable.
The sealing parts of cylinder adopts the discrete structure,easy maintenance.
Stainless steel pipeline joint avoids the bubble mixed from the head of pump.
Micrometer regulator for with filling volume, high precision.
It can work just connect solenoid valve.
