PVC Centralized material feeding system

The Centralized feeding system basis on pneumatic conveying theory, with centralized control system, for conveying the material automatically and continuously, orderly by the loading signal. This procedure is pre-programmed and stored, keep 24hours/day stable and easy working.

Central loading system consists of Roots Vacuum Pump, Dust Collector, PLC control system, loading barrel, pneumatic ball valve, pipe and accessories, etc.

The control display, with light indicator, shows the processing and loading state of all parts clearly. Each part of this central loading system works respectively.

On demand, the production process requirements and the statues of plant can be completed 2,000-100,000 tons/year capacity.
