Application

It applies to make  rods, industrial wheels, industrial rolls, sealing rings ,screen plates and other polyurethane wares.

Characteristics

The wares have good abrasive resistance,water resistance, fungus resistance, excellent rebound and mechanical property, regulating colorant by adding pigment.

Operating point

After the performed polymer vacuum degassing in 80-85, blending with melted MOCA, vacuum degassing, casting, vulcanization moulding,  which suits for manual operating and mechanical moulding.

Storage

Store in a cool and dry place. If you cant use it up at a time, filling nitrogen gas and sealing, otherwise it will easily absorb moisture and go bad. The storage life of original packing is 6 months. 

Packing

20Kg or 200Kg galvanization iron drum
