The multipurpose casing spear type DLM consists of mandrel, slide sleeve and guide cone, and the slide sleeve has supporting block and grapple. It can produce relative motion between mandrel and slide sleeve when the support block stays in the tube wall, then, the slope between the mandrel and grapple puts up the slip and to catch fish. If you want to withdraw the fish, just release the connection between fish and grapple, it is very convenient.
