GLB series single progressive cavity pump is a new type of oil recovery equipment, which is mainly composed of the single progressive cavity pump and surface drive installation.
The surface drive installation actuates the subsurface progressive cavity pump through the sucker rod to pump crude oil from underground.
Product features are as follows:
1. Pumping smoothly without pulsation;
2. High suction behavior, small hydraulic loss, suitable for wells with high-viscosity oil and sand flow;
3. No air-lock problem, suitable for wells with relatively high oil gas ratio;
4. Simple structure with a few moving parts and high reliability;
5. Small size, light weight, convenient for operation and maintenance;
6. Easy and quick installation, generally without having to make a concrete foundation;
7. Low energy consumption, low investment and cost-effective.
