Non-rotating stabilizer (rubber sleeve stabilizer) is a special tool in drilling to avoid blade wearing and wall damage.
During drilling, stabilizer transfer torque by depending on mandrel body, but rubber sleeve is sliding coordination which can be moved relatively. As a result, the sleeve plays a role of supporting holewall.
The sleeve is made of special elastic material and fixed by a lath clutch to prevent from rotating.
