Description:

MDI environmental friendly adhesive is made of main agent A andhardening agent B as base material, mixed with infilled reinforcing agent,additive, etc. It has buffering, sound absorption, tensile strength, goodelongation at break, etc properties, which make it important in deciding rubberflooring’s quality. To guarantee these properties need homogeneous disperse offiller, polyether, DOP, etc, and reasonable curing agent’s proportioning. PUAdhesive has good adhesive force to cement and asphalt flooring. It’scolorless, non-toxic, and has good flexibility and shock absorption. Besides,its low viscosity, good mixing property and no sticking to construction toolsbefore curing make it easy to construct and save engineering cost. The topadvantages of the rubber flooring made by PU adhesive are good flexibility,rebound ability, and comfortable foot feeling.

Applications:

Application method: PU Adhesiveis used to pave rubber flooring and make rubber tiles, such as athletic field,sports courts, children playground, walking way, park, etc. Suggested ratio ofadhesive and SBR is 1:7, adhesive and EPDM is 1:5. With 20-30% air humidity, itneeds 2 hours for curing; while it reaches 75%, construction is notrecommended. Normal packing is 200kg/barrel,customized packing is also allowed.

It applies to air permeabilityand compound running tracks and courts.

It applies tomake rubber tiles, which are used for paving kindergartens, excise yards and gyms.
