4.Characteristics AND applicant fiend:

Strength is slightly higher than Gr.15, few quenching ,no temper brittleness. With quality Cold deformation plasticity, generally usded for rolling, bending and hammer processing etc. The performance of electric welding arch processing and contact welding is good, the thickness with gas welding is of small, shape must be in strict or when use for parts with complex shape that is easily happening crack. when Cutting machining lengba, normalization is better than annealing  and generally used to manufacture parts with high toughness and less stress.
