The coredesigned rubber roller together with steel roller enhances the evenness ofgluing, strength of stickiness’ as well as lowering the production cost.

The machineadopts automatic glue supply and recyclable glue circulating system.

PLC control,sheet detectors are installed on the machine and the machines willautomatically stop while shortage of sheets is detected. The electric partsused are all world wide available brand or well-known Chinese brand.

The feedingpart uses step-less gear box to ensure the conveying precision of the paper.

All materialare inspected according to ISO-9001 standard and the key parts such as bearingsare imported ones.

High speedfeeder is equipped with pre-feeding device.

Installationand trainning

1.  Serving bydispatching a skilled technican to install the machine and take theresponsibility for technical trainning

2.  Fees forround air ticket, food andaccommodation, transportation is afforded atsite,with additional premium at USD40 per day

3.  Approximatelyone week required to finish the whole job

4.  Forklift,electrical hand drill, power line of 4 square millimeter  as well as two assistants required at site

5.  Warranty at one year

6.  Solution by email or telephone to any possible fault afterwards or sending technicans to maintain in case of being needed
