AFP-SUV330Plastic UV High gloss coating is mainly made from UV curable acrylates. The cured film provides excellent non-yellowing，anti-aging and chemical resistance. It is applicable for top coating on silverpaints for plastic materials including ABS, PS,HIPS, used for mobile phone, MP3, phone, computer, speaker and so on.

***Specifications
(1) Appearance: colorless or light yellow transparent liquid.
(2) Viscosity: 30-50S (paint -4 cup，25°C)
(3) Hardness: not less than 1 H (Mitsubishi Pencil, 500g, cart test)
(4)Abrasion-resistance: no less than 300 times(RCA, 175g).

*** Usage recommendation
(1) Substrate Preparation: clear substrate by hexane or alcohol.
(2) Spraying: gun nozzle size is 1.1-1.3 mm，pressure within 0.35-0.55 MPa，nozzle is 20-25cm.away from substrate.
(3) Leveling: more than3-minute leveling by IRor oven (60-BO°C)
(4) Curing: BOW/cm2, High pressure mercury lamps, thedistance is 15cm, the speed of curing machine is 35m/min, light energy of UV is within 350-450MJ/cm
(5) Dilution ratio: coating: thinner = 1:0.7

***Notice
(1) The surface of substrates cannot De polluted by oil, water and dust
(2) This product needs to be filtered by 500 mesh filter before use
(3) The thickness of coating should be within 12士2um (by dry film)
(4) The unused coating should be keptclosed and sealed well
(5) Avoid exposure to stronglight for long time
(6) The product should be stored in shady, cool and dry place. At normal atmospheric temperature, shelf life is 6 months
