Plastic additive stiffening agent for PE film

Description of stiffening agent:

Below 2 silk thickness of PE film, with bad opening property, stiffness is soft, difficult to open and packing into goods. Added too much Anti-blicking and slip masterbatch will be easy to dissolve out and influence on its haze

This material can increase its stiffness and strength , reduce the dosage of anti-blocking and slip agent. Like  making the 1.8 silk film in before, then added into 10% slipping agent, the thickness of film could be reduce to 1.6 silk. After testing, there is no difference between the strength and feeling of them. And no effect on haze, heat sealing strength and processablilty

Property:

1. Excellent impact resistance, provide good anti-UV function within ultraviolet light stabilizer

2. Good compatibility, with no effect of the transparency for products when blend with PE and PP

3. Blend with PE or other soft material, can also be added into the middle tier of multi-layer co       extrusion, to increase stiffness, temperature resistance and opening performance of film

Advantage:

Reduce the thickness of film but did no effect on the property , transparency, heat sealing performance, printing and so on; Decrease the usage of opening agent

Usage and dosage:

1. Mixing with main ingredient in simple and uniform method

2. The dosage should be according to mechanical properties of plastic film blasting machine.

3. Recommended dosage: 10%-30%

4. Recommended processing temperature range: 150-200℃
