----Now Haodong Technology is the first and only manufacture in China who apply rare-earth catalytic combustion technology in infrared burner&heater.

After coated with processed black rare-earth on the ceramic surface,the energy-transfer rate goes up greating,can save more than 10% energy than non-catalytic type.At the same time, it prolongs the use life of ceramic plate.

They are mainly used to realize auto-ignition,help to keep stable temperature and protect from gas leakage.

 

Advantages

Comperated with gas burner,infrared gas burner have follow advantages:

  1. High energy transfer rate, usually the transfer rate can reach 95%,but common gas burner only 75%~80%.
  2. High efficiency. Infrared burner will be in working condition for 8seconds.And installed with quantity as design, it can reach target temperature in ~10mins for empty oven and 25~40min when with cured objects in oven.
  3. Single operation, one among them damage will not affect other's work, but if there’s any small problem with the gas burner, the curing will be stopped.
  4. Heating directly, infrared burner heat object directly through radiation, not need other auxiliary equipment,like combustion chamber, blower….
  5. Low cost of equipment, martched with accessories,only need temperature controller and pressure instrument,connect them with gas pipes and wires, then it  works.
