8. How to maintain the hair? Here are some tips:

1)Use a mild Shampoo, Rinse and leave to dry.
2)Comb with a WIRE brush after dry.
3)If the hair is straight, pls straighten it after wash. If it is wave,please put some hair gel for holding this wave.
4)You can perming dyeing, but please remember do not do this too frequent, and remember to use the nutrition water.
5)The combs you`d better choose the round   with wide-toothed comb
6)Do not make the hair under the blazing sun for quite a long time
7)Do not blows the root of hairs too near with the hair drier.
8)Do not grasping the root of hair overexert when washing.

About the length

Please measure the hair when you stretch it to a straight condition, instead of measuring the hair directly.

Meanwhile,since the length is measured by hand,it is unavoidable thatthere will be small inaccuracy(0.1-0.3 inches is acceptable).

Return Policy:

We accept return goods in 7days after receiving, the hair should be no use, we won’t accept return if you wash, use or do something on the hair. It's our responsibility of shipping cost if there is problem for hair quality, buyer should pay shipping cost (sent and return) if because of buyer's reason when return.

Q:How many pieces Hair for one head?

Normally 2packs are enought for a full head, at most 3packs.  

You can always use the leftover hair later. If you are using hair over 18" long you might need another pack.If you are getting fusion or micro then you will need to consult your stylist.

Q:Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?

Your Hair Extensions can tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine and not combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily.

Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.
