2).Also there is less water intrusion into the band. Water intrusion is water seeping into the band around the wishbone, it will be evident if you were to cut open the band after a day of diving, water will spurt out. Water in the band negatively affects the band's performance.

The best properties of the rubber are retained when it is in it's most natural form, and amber is the natural color of the rubber. This rubber tubing is %90 amber.
