Enoxaparin sodium of depolymerizedheparin obtained by alkaline degradation of heparin benzyl ester from porcineintestinal mucosa; the majority of the components present a 4-enopyranoseuronate structure at the non-reduced end and 15 %~25% of the components have a1, 6-anhydro structure at the reducing end of their chain; the average relativemolecular mass is between 3800 and 5000 with a characteristic value of about4500; the degree of sulfatation is about 2 per disaccharidic unit.
With reference to the dried substance, the potency of anti-Xa element permilligram is between 90~125U, and the ratio of the potency of anti-Xa elementand anti-IIa element to be 3.3~5.3.
