· are allergic or sensitive to or have had a reactionto any of the ingredients in the medicine
· are bleeding or prone to bleeding
· are elderly
· are female and weigh less than 45kg
· are male and weigh less than 57kg
· have an eye or eyesight problem caused by diabetes
· have bleeding problems
· have blood problems
· have certain types of heart or circulation problems
· have diabetes
· have had a blood problem causedby heparin
· have had a heart valve replacement
